Feels like home takes a full service approach to each project. The first step is a walkthrough and consultation to determine the direction for staging and the clients personal wants and needs. We would visit your property and share our opinions and ideas for it.

Next, you would receive a staging proposal for either vacant or lived in unit.

Every staging proposal includes the rooms to be staged with a brief description of the inventory to be used plus a 4 week rental term. Once the proposal is accepted and a date is settled, the staging takes place. The time frame for the staging is from 2-4 hours depending on the property size.

At the end of the contract we would schedule a pickup for the removal of all the staged items.

We can help with furniture placement and all the finishes to create a space you love and want to be in.

Choosing the right paint colour for your home can be challenging. However, changing the paint colour is a very effective and inexpensive way to to upgrade and make an impact on your space. A trained colour consultant can help you to choose colours that you love and work in the space.
