This is the first step which is required to begin the staging process. During this consultation we will walk through your home with you and discuss the best way to present your home. Afterwards, you will receive a report with tasks you should address based on your budget and timeline.. The consultation cost is waived for individuals who accept my staging proposal.

Starting with a vacant space is an ideal way to stage your home. This service includes an on-site preview, a design plan for each room being staged, and installation of the furnishings and decor. Common rooms to stage are the living room, dining room, kitchen and primary bedroom. However, we will discuss the best plan during the preview. The items are rented for one month at a time.

This option begins with a pre-sale consultation. The staging is planned around the needs of your home. It may just be some extra accessories or artwork but can be an entire rooms worth of furnishings.

The staging process at Feels Like Home - Home Staging
Step 1 - Home Staging Consultation
A home staging consultation offers help to homeowners preparing their homes for sale. We provide recommendations on furniture placement, lighting, and decor to help make your home look its best.
Step 2 - Create a Staging Plan
After the consultation you will receive a staging plan with recommendations on the best way to present your home. Along with recommendations of things you can do to prepare your home, you will also receive a list of items we would like to add to help stage your home.
Step 3 - Staging Installation
Staging of your home happens on a day agreed upon by you and your realtor. The home will be cleaned and all preparations have been completed. It is best to arrange for the professional photos to be taken as soon as the staging is completed.
Step 4 - Staging Removal
A time to remove the staging items will be arranged based on financial commitments and closing dates. The items will be carefully removed leaving your home in good condition.
